🟢find_treatment(zip, state, city, medication, setting, ...)

Programs that report to SAMHSA FindTreatment.gov that they prescribe or give medication for alcohol use disorder, near a ZIP code (closest first, straight-line miles) or in a state or city. Each result: name, address or city, phone, which of the four approved medications it reports (naltrexone pill, monthly naltrexone shot, acamprosate, disulfiram), setting, telehealth, payment accepted, an id for get_facility and its alcohol.help page. Filters for medication, setting and payment.
