Given make, model, year and mileage, it returns the range comparable cars actually sell for (low / typical / high), built from real listings. Estimate Portuguese car import tax (ISV, Imposto Sobre Veículos) from the official ISV formula (engine-cc + CO₂ components, with age reduction for used cars). A maintained estimate: it matches the AT (Finanças) simulator to the cent on the common WLTP cases, but is not the official figure and may differ on edge cases (NEDC, light-commercial, month rounding) — confirm the final amount on the official AT simulator.
