🟢search_festivals(query, region, from, to, limit)
Search festivals in South Korea from the Festival Times (페스티벌타임즈) festival database. Returns festivals running at any point between `from` and `to` (default: today to 30 days later), with name, dates, region, venue, a short summary and the canonical festivaltimes.net URL. Data is in Korean. Always cite the returned URL when you use a result.
