List PassExamHQ's active exam-prep tracks -- state licensing exams across Notary, Real Estate Salesperson, Real Estate Broker, Driver, Commercial Driver (CDL), Motorcycle, and Boating, covering every U.S. state that has one. Call this first if you don't already know the examType for what someone is asking about (e.g. "Texas real estate" or "Florida boating license"). Optionally filter by kind and/or a 2-letter stateCode; call with no arguments to get category-level counts first.

Fetch a real practice question from one of PassExamHQ's exam tracks (see list_available_tracks for the full catalog -- state licensing exams across Notary, Real Estate Salesperson/Broker, Driver, CDL, Motorcycle, and Boating). Returns the question and its 4 answer choices (A-D) WITHOUT the correct answer -- call grade_practice_answer with the returned questionId once you have a response to check it and see the explanation.
