Create a new ComicEditorial publisher tenant. Requires the human's email (it becomes the owner login). Returns an API key (shown once) that is usable immediately, and unlocks all ComicEditorial tools in this session immediately. To GET PAID, a human later completes Stripe Connect payout onboarding (comiceditorial_payouts_onboard). Ask the human for their email before calling.
