Search Tesoro public documents, the Capistrano USD parent pages Tesoro does not publish, the district's Health-e Living nutrition site, and school-wide parent bulletins (flyers and Instagram stills). Pass the parent's question verbatim; stopword removal, ranking and typo correction happen server-side. Returns an outcome (direct_answer, helpful_route, or not_found) plus snippet hits with provenance. not_found means the public corpus does not establish the answer.
