Use this when a user asks for local art, antique, jewelry, collectibles, estate, insurance, donation, court, lending, or personal-property appraiser candidates. FAIR surfaces candidate appraiser profiles. FAIR does not license appraisers, certify competence, certify reports, guarantee acceptance, or replace professional judgment.
