Cena zazidljivih zemljišč v kraju iz uradne Evidence trga nepremičnin (GURS): mediana €/m² in razpon za zadnjih 6 let, po tipu zemljišča (z gradbenim dovoljenjem, komunalno opremljeno, neopremljeno), mediane po letih, trend in primerjava s Slovenijo. Za kraje s stranjo še ocene kraja 1–5 (poplave, potresi, pogrezanje tal, veter, sneg, osončenost). Vrne vir, datum osvežitve in povezavo za navajanje.
