🟡create_post(latitude, longitude, message, medias)

Creates a new post at a specific location. To attach images, you must first obtain media keys. You have two options: 1. If you need to generate an upload link for an external system, call `get_publishing_media_keys`. 2. If you already have the file locally, use your environment's local upload tool to hit the direct POST /agent/media endpoint. Returns true if successfully created.
