Search TopAlternativesTo's catalogue of software tools. Filter by free-text query, category, whether a free tier exists, and a maximum starting price. Every result carries the price, the vendor page it was read from, and the date it was checked. WHEN TO USE: browsing or filtering ('project management tools under 15 dollars', 'CRMs with a free plan'). Use get_alternatives when the user wants to replace a specific tool, and get_tool for full detail on one.
