Returns the Isto Intents intent servers whose last automated check passed and that serve the given country and category (and language, if given): operator, host, MCP url, what they serve and when they were checked. The list is in no order of preference; if several fit, let the user choose. Connect to a returned url to publish the user's intent there. Data: https://istointents.org/registry.json (CC BY 4.0).
