🟢convert_date(gregorian_date, end_date, after_sunset, hebrew_year, hebrew_month, ...)
Convert between Gregorian and Hebrew (Jewish) calendar dates. - Gregorian → Hebrew: pass gregorian_date (YYYY-MM-DD). Add end_date to convert a whole range (max ~180 days). - Hebrew → Gregorian: pass hebrew_year, hebrew_month, hebrew_day.
