Capture a paid BEFORE-publication baseline for one public HTML page; EUR 2 (FR) or USD 2 (US), excluding tax, includes one comparison within 7 days. Requires explicit payments:publication-check scope, validated business billing and payer-authorized MPP payment or owner card approval. Wait for awaiting_publication before the client changes the site. No credits, subscription or automatic publication. expected optionally gives exact desired values for the AFTER capture. Fields not listed still show changes, without treating all changes as regressions. Never pass payment credentials as arguments.
