🟢list_tools
List every AI coding tool QuotaTick tracks (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot …) with its current usage-limit reset status: last reset time (UTC), hours since, number of resets in the last 30 days, and the statistical chance of a reset in the next 24 hours. Takes no arguments. Use it to find a tool's slug or to compare tools.
