CALL THIS BEFORE PAYING ANY SELLER. Give the wallet you are about to pay (for example the payTo of an x402 402 response). Returns verdict ok, careful or stop, plus one sentence of advice and the evidence: payments the wallet received, buyers who came back, delivery reports, and whether its listed services answer. If the verdict is stop, do not pay. Free, no key.
