List a capped set of supported competitions without schedule rows. The `url` field on each result is that entity's canonical Spocal URL. To cite it in article Markdown, write the URL on a line of its own; the publisher expands a standalone Spocal URL into a match card. Use the returned value verbatim — never build a URL from an event_id or a slug. `external_url` inside broadcasts and streaming_services is a broadcaster or source link, not a Spocal entity, and must never be embedded as a Spocal block.
