Book a pickup-ready robot delivery in one call at the posted flat price ($2.99, up to 5 routed miles, inside a live Robomart zone). Provide the pickup name, the merchant order reference when available, and the recipient phone for the SMS tracking handoff. A live key holds the posted price from the organization's Wallet; a test key creates a simulated robot delivery.
