Before paying a Polish contractor: verify NIP + bank account on the MF white list for the payment date, check KRS and VIES, and produce a PDF 'proof of due diligence' (MF request IDs, timestamps, findings, SHA-256). Flags the >15 000 PLN rule (art. 117ba OP, MPP).
