Resolves the entity across SEC, USAspending, NPI, NIH and FDA, then checks federal exclusion lists (OIG LEIE, SAM.gov), FDA enforcement/recalls, and absence signals (stopped filing, lapsed activity). Returns a risk score plus sourced, neutral evidence with links.
