🟢search_guides(query, lang, limit)
Searches Guía Extranjeros, a free trilingual navigator of procedures for foreigners in Spain (residence and immigration, NIE/TIE, arraigo, EX forms, temporary protection, health card, work, benefits, housing, taxes, grants). Returns matching guides with a one-sentence summary, status, the date each was last checked against the official source, and a link.

Returns one guide by slug: summary, first paragraph, how the procedure is filed (online, representative or in person), validity dates, official source domain, up to five key questions and answers, the date last checked and a link to the full guide. Closed or unconfirmed guides return only their status.
