🟡meld_create(context, ttl, prev_code, pin)
Create a timed bridge. Returns a capability URL (the shared bearer) for the other party. Every meld lives 1 hour. Omit ttl or send 1hr. Pilot bridges are free. The host can read the exchange while it is live; anyone with the link can too. Not for secrets. Dissolves when that hour ends. prev_code mints the next link with its own 1 hour. That is not an extend.
