Combines literal title matching with embedding-based semantic similarity, so abbreviations and paraphrases work — 'CPA' returns 'Certified Public Accountant', 'Sr Acct' returns 'Senior Accountant'. Reports per position are ranked to surface broad-coverage surveys (general-industry, US scope) before niche cuts.
