🟢search_events(text, province, category)
Searches the films, theatre plays, concerts, musicals and other events currently on sale on Webtic, the Italian ticketing platform for cinemas and theatres. Use it to answer questions like 'what's on in Milan', 'concerts in Rome', 'films with Toni Servillo', 'is Dune showing?', and to get the event id needed by get_event_details and get_event_venues. All filters are optional and can be combined. Data is in Italian: use short, distinctive Italian words (title, director, actor, author, genre); if nothing is found, retry with fewer words. This data says what is currently on sale, not when: dates, showtimes and prices are not available here and are shown on the webtic.it links.

Returns the full information sheet of an event on sale on Webtic: plot, genre, year, duration, director, cast, author and company for theatre, trailer and poster, plus the Italian provinces where it is currently scheduled, each with the number of venues and a link. Use it for questions like 'what is X about', 'who is in X', 'how long is X', 'where is X showing'. Only the fields present in the data are returned: never fill in missing information. This data says what is currently on sale, not when: dates, showtimes and prices are not available here and are shown on the webtic.it links.

Lists the venues in an Italian province where an event is currently scheduled, with the available versions (e.g. original language, 3D) and a link for each. Use it for 'where can I see X in Milan' and, passing venueId, for 'I want to see X at cinema Y': the response then contains the direct webtic.it link to give the user. If the event is not scheduled at that venue, the response says so and lists the other venues in the same province where it is. This data says what is currently on sale, not when: dates, showtimes and prices are not available here and are shown on the webtic.it links.

Searches the cinemas, theatres and other venues that sell tickets on Webtic, by province and/or by name or town. Use it for 'which cinemas are there in Bergamo', 'cinemas in Sesto San Giovanni', and to get the venue id needed by get_venue_program and get_event_venues. Each venue includes how many events it currently has on sale and the link to its program.
