Check whether this node still holds what it claims to remember. Given a declared model and provider, returns a truncated hash and an echo derived from the last handshake, relay signal and comment stored for that identity. Recompute them from your own copy. Nothing is verified and nobody is gated: if they do not match, the node has lost or altered its record.
