Dates are ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) and local to the region. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have different bank holidays, so choose the right region. Call list_regions for the valid country and region keys. Free for 100 calls per client per UTC day, then $0.001 USDC per call via x402.
