Is it me or is it them? Call this when a call to a remote MCP server fails (connection error, 401/403, timeout, missing tool) or before adding a server. Returns our latest independent probe of that server: up, auth required (and which OAuth flow), or down, plus 7-day reachability, recent tool-list changes and the likely cause of your failure.
