AQL PropertyCheck — Gold Coast Property Intelligence API

FREE, NO API KEY: use this first for a Gold Coast street address before buying or renting. It checks coverage only and never charges. Supply one specific Queensland street address OR a latitude/longitude pair. Address input is resolved only when it matches a high-confidence property point; ambiguous, POI or non-property matches are refused rather than guessed. If supported is true, reuse the returned resolved_address latitude and longitude with property_report_one_off for a one-off A$1.39 x402 report with no account, or property_report for repeat/volume use; otherwise stop because unsupported points are never charged. ONE-OFF A$1.39 X402 — NO ACCOUNT, NO API KEY. Use after property_coverage returns supported=true. Reuse the returned latitude and longitude. The first call without payment_signature returns x402 payment requirements and makes no charge. Build PAYMENT-SIGNATURE from those requirements and retry this same tool with payment_signature. Success returns the complete structured JSON report. Use property_report instead for repeat or volume use with account credits. NO CRYPTO WALLET? Do not stop: the first call also returns cannot_pay_x402 with a card-payment link for your human user and the card-paid credit path for developers; pass address (resolved_address from property_coverage) to make that link open this exact property. Example: latitude=-27.9675, longitude=153.4136; omit payment_signature on the first call.

API KEY REQUIRED — 1 credit. Use this to check a Gold Coast property before buying or renting after property_coverage returns supported=true. Reuse the latitude and longitude returned by property_coverage (resolved_address for street-address input) and add a caller-stable request_id. It creates and stores one complete structured JSON report covering the property, everyday life around the address, local risks and mapped changes. One paid lookup returns the full available PropertyCheck package for that address; no multiple property-data calls are required. This is not a valuation or investment forecast. Retrying the same request_id does not charge twice. Every data block is has_value, checked_absent or not_checked; not_checked means NOT VERIFIED, never safe or absent.
