Creates branded Open Graph image designs for a site with AI and returns a link where the person picks one, tweaks it and publishes. Needs a free getwowlink account. Always show the person the picker link from the result, as is (they can't continue without it), then call wait_for_design until they publish. If the site is still being read, call again in a minute.
