创建带16暗影品牌的临时网页入口。已在聊天完成计分时，传score_assessment返回的record，打开直接查看该结果；不传record则进入答题。网页下载PDF或保存时普通登录，PDF不自动保存。固定Key平台可用此入口交接刚完成的结果。
