Lista los cuatro agentes disponibles: marketing, webs, contenido IA y automatización. Devuelve id, objetivo, entregables y una petición de ejemplo. El asistente del cliente ejecuta los procedimientos con sus propias herramientas; Vektro no conecta cuentas ni ejecuta tareas en segundo plano.

Obtiene procedimiento, entregables y conexión guiada para el asistente del cliente. Seguir primero connection_setup: revisar herramientas reales; guiar el alta y autorización del conector nativo que falte; comprobar con una lectura inocua. Devuelve skills con autor, enlace, requisitos y compatibilidad, además de guides con los identificadores para obtener_guia. Página de 8 por defecto, máximo 40: sigue next_offset mientras has_more sea true. Conserva los filtros entre páginas. Coincidencia textual, no ranking de popularidad ni garantía de ejecución; las cuentas externas se contratan aparte.
