Retrieves the exact ayah and major available tafsirs (default Tabari, Ibn Kathir, Qurtubi; more at deep depth), then searches supplied concepts in Quran, tafsir, hadith and shuruh. If concepts are omitted, read the returned ayah/tafsirs, derive short grounded concept phrases, and call again with concepts without asking the user.
