List SEC share-offering filings (S-1, F-1, amendments, DRS, EFFECT, 424B4, 424B1, RW, S-3, S-3ASR, F-3, 424B5), newest first, with links to sec.gov. Source: U.S. SEC EDGAR filings since 4 November 2002, updated daily at 06:30 UTC. Labels and statuses are equitycapital.markets' own reading of the filing sequence, not SEC classifications. Find a company by CIK, ticker or part of its name. One match returns its card (industry, state, tickers, first annual report), its offerings with labels and statuses, and its latest 50 filings; several matches return the list.

Labels: IPO (first registration with no earlier annual/quarterly report, reached a final prospectus), First-time registration (same, no final prospectus), SPAC, Registered company, Shelf. Statuses: Filed, Amended, Effective, Final prospectus, Withdrawn, Dormant (nothing for 270 days).

Counts per year or month since November 2002: ipos_priced (IPOs priced: distinct final prospectuses (424B4/424B1) of offerings labelled IPO); first_time_registrations (Offerings labelled IPO or First-time registration, by date of their first filing); spac_registrations (Offerings labelled SPAC, by date of their first filing); withdrawals (Distinct withdrawal requests (RW)); shelf_registrations (Distinct shelf registrations (S-3, S-3ASR, F-3)); shelf_takedowns (Distinct shelf takedowns (424B5); include debt and other securities). 2003 reads low for registration-based series (offerings registered before 4 Nov 2002 are outside the ledger); the current period is to date.
