Use this when the user asks which brands sponsor Spanish-language podcasts or YouTube channels, optionally filtered by brand, show, country or only ads with a promo code. Returns individual sponsorship placements from the last 30 days: brand, show, country, episode date, promo code, offer and links. Do not use it for shows outside Spain and Latin America or for questions unrelated to sponsorships.

Use this when a podcaster, network or agency asks which brands they could pitch for sponsorship. Takes a Spanish-language show and returns brands that sponsored similar shows in the last 30 days but did not sponsor this show. Similar means same category and country; if that finds nothing it widens to same category, then same country, and says which in `basis`.
