Hourly and per-GPU-hour prices for data-centre GPUs (H100, H200, A100, L4, L40S, V100, T4, A10G…) on AWS, Azure and OCI. On-demand on all three; Spot is Azure-only in the current snapshot. Cached snapshot of official price lists with as_of; not live. x402 seller conformance run: probes an x402-paywalled URL UNPAID (never signs or sends a payment) and grades it 0-100 with per-check pass/warn/fail evidence: 402 status, x402 v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED parsing, accepts[] scheme/network/asset/amount, checksummed payTo, maxTimeoutSeconds, resource/description, EIP-712 extra, HEAD/CORS, content-type, malformed-payment handling (200 = critical fail), latency, stock-client User-Agent matrix (flags Cloudflare 1010 blocks of Python-urllib etc. with the fix), TLS, IPv4/IPv6 reachability, /.well-known/x402 listing.
