What the Portuguese municipal master plan (PDM, Plano Diretor Municipal) allows at a point (WGS84 latitude, longitude): municipality, land-use category from the official CRUS map, whether it is buildable, floor-area index, maximum floors, regulation articles, RAN and REN reserves, and a link to the full analysis on pdm.xyzbim.eu. Mainland Portugal and the Azores. Field values are in Portuguese. Each result carries its source attribution. (PT: o que o PDM permite num ponto.)

Land-use categories of the PDM (municipal master plan) of a Portuguese municipality, with buildable, floor-area index, maximum floors and regulation articles, the plan in force, and links to the municipality page and the map on pdm.xyzbim.eu. Accepts the municipality name (e.g. "Figueira da Foz", accents optional) or its 4-digit DICO code. Field values are in Portuguese. (PT: o PDM de um concelho.)
