Build an RFC 5545 .ics calendar from structured events (max 500). Date YYYY-MM-DD; optional start/end HH:MM (end<start = cross midnight; omit both for an all-day event); freq daily|weekly with optional interval 1-99, count 1-9999 and weekday 1-7 (Mon=1; weekly defaults to the date's weekday). DTSTART/DTEND are floating local times; returns the .ics text (text/calendar semantics), CRLF with 75-octet folding. Pure text transform, anonymous tier allowed
